Thank you for shopping with RESTART. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, you may be eligible for an exchange under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.


  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.


  • Exchanges are only applicable for items of equal or lesser value. If the new item has a lower price, the difference will be issued as store credit.


  • Items purchased on sale, clearance, or as final sale are not eligible for exchange.


How to Request an Exchange

  • Contact Us: Email us at restartcloth.co@gmail.com or fill out the exchange request form on our website.


  • Provide Order Details: Include your order number, item(s) for exchange, and reason for exchange.


  • Ship the Item: Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.


  • Processing Time: After receiving your item, we will inspect it and process the exchange within 7 business days.


Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made items.


  • Intimate apparel (e.g., underwear, swimwear) due to hygiene reasons.


  • Damaged, worn, or altered items.


Shipping & Handling

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part.


  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items

​If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
